Creamy garlic pasta (ip)
Greasy garlic pasta in the instant pot! I used garlic scapes but since most people wouldn’t have these handy you can use 2-3 cloves garlic! You can also use fresh parmesan in place of the rinds

Step 1
In the instant pot, Sauté garlic or garlic scapes in a bit of oil, add spaghetti, bouillon, water, and 6 parmesan rind pieces. If using grated parmesan i would wait to mix it in with milk after cooking. Set to high pressure, 5 minutes. Quick release and stir then put cover back on for 10 minutes to thicken liquid. Add butter then once melted mix in Flour. Mix that in to cover noodles then add milk and let thicken.
