Instructions

Step 1
In a mug with a wide mouth, beat the egg, then beat in the hot chocolate mix, sugar, and butter. Stir in the flour.
Step 2
Microwave for 60 to 90 seconds, until mostly cooked. There should a shiny, uncooked spot about the size of a dime. It will finish cooking as it cools.
Step 3
You can add chocolate chips, chopped nuts, etc. with, only increasing the cooking by a few seconds.
