Instructions
Step 1
Mix ground turkey with chopped onions, chopped red pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Heinz 57 and chopped garlic in a large bowl.
Note: Use garlic to taste - I like a lot and generally use 4-5 large cloves.
Step 2
Add in breadcrumbs until well mixed.
Step 3
Take a handful of mixture and throw it between your hands for 5 to 6 times, then form into a burger and lay on plate. Continue until all of the mixture is used up.
Step 4
Set aside for 15 minutes or in refrigerator for up to a day.
Step 5
Grill burgers until done through.
