Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat grill to 350.
Step 2
Mix all sauce ingredients and refrigerate.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step 4
In a sheet pan (9×13 for less shrinkage) press your ground beef into a rectangle and grill until 165 F internal temp. Drain excess grease.
Step 5
Brush the top buns with melted butter and grill until lightly toasted.
Step 6
Remove the ground beef and top with cheese. Place back on grill until melted.
Step 7
Spread half of the sauce over the bottom of buns then top with onion, shredded lettuce, and top with ground beef.
Step 8
Layer with pickles and drizzle with remaining sauce.
