Ingredients
4 servings
4hamburger patties
1 tablespoonolive oil
¼ cupMontreal steak seasoning
4 slicescheese
I usually do cheddar or pepperjack
2 tablespoonssalted butter
cut into 4 cubes
romaine lettuce
chopped
tomatoes
chopped
Pickles
chopped
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
potatoes
Air fried, or chopped French fries
croutons
sesame seeds
onion
Carmelized, optional
Burger sauce
optional
Instructions
Step 1
Season burgers with olive oil and steak seasoning on both sides. Let sit at room temperature while your grill preheats.
Step 2
Chop all veggies and prepare bowls. (I usually arrange the veggies, potatoes and croutons in sections in a bowl then mix all together when eating)
Step 3
Add butter to grill in 4 sections then add burgers on top. Cook for 3-5 minutes until crispy and flip. Add sliced cheese to cooked side and cook for another 3-5 minutes for (medium/medium rare)
Step 4
Take burgers off grill and cool slightly
Step 5
Chop up burgers and add to bowl. Top with shredded cheese, sesame seeds, optional onions and burger sauce.
