Instructions
Step 1
Warm water, salt, and milk to 85-90 degrees on low heat
Step 2
Add yeast until dissolved and we’ll incorporated
Step 3
Add beaten eggs, oil, butter, and sugar. Mix all together and keep warm (85-90 degrees)
Step 4
In stand mixer bowl, add 2/3 of total flour and make a well. Add wet ingredients and mix until just combined
Step 5
Attach dough hook and mix, gradually adding remaining flour until dough is no longer sticky. Knead dough 5-6 minutes.
Step 6
Form dough with hands and place in large buttered bowl. Sprinkle flour on top and cover, let rise around 45 minutes.
Step 7
Punch dough and knead until dough returns to original size.
Step 8
Repeat 6&7
Step 9
Form loaves or buns. Brush beaten egg on top and add sesame seeds.
Step 10
Repeat 6, do not sprinkle flour on top
Step 11
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until lightly brown on bottom and sides. Loaves cook for 18ish minutes, buns 15.
