Instructions
Step 1
In a mixer combine flour, baking soda, salt and set aside
Step 2
In a separate bowl mix together egg, sugar and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Combine wet mixture and dry ingredients
Step 4
Add 2 tbsp butter milk (1 tbsp of vinegar for every cup of regular milk), vanilla, and mashed bananas
Step 5
Fold in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (save rest for topping)
Step 6
Place mixture in greased loaf pan and top with the remaining 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Step 7
Place in oven for 375⁰F for 60 mins.
