Step 1

Cream ritz crackers and butter and spread in 2 1/2 qt pan. Save ½ cup to sprinkle on top
Step 2
Mix instant pudding, milk, and ice cream, pour on top of crumble mixture, refrigerate
Step 3
Spread on cool whip, sprinkle with leftover ritz cracker/butter mix, refrigerate until serve
