I absolutely LOVE mayonnaise and have spent a good chunk of time perfecting this easy egg-free mayo. Thick, smooth, creamy and tastes eggy with none of the egg! Perfect for if you are allergic or vegan. Perfect for sandwiches, burgers, chips and more. Feel free to add wasabi powder, sriracha, truffle oil for flavoured mayo!

Instructions

Step 1
Into a blender, or using an immersion blender. Blend together soy milk, salt, seasoning, dijon and apple cider vinegar until well mixed.
Step 2
Turn the blender on medium heat lowly stream in the the oil - this will cause the oil to emulsify and thicken into creamy mayo! Store in a clean jar in the fridge and use on sandwiches, burgers, chips and more.
Step 3
Feel free to add wasabi powder, sriracha, truffle oil for flavoured mayo!
