Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 step
Prep:10minCook:10min
Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. That’s how a cookie should be. These are perfect for the freezer! I love to make a batch and only bake a few. The rest get put into the freezer and I just pull out what we need when we get a late night sugar craving!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350º F Whisk the butter and sugars until combined. Add the egg and vanilla and whisk together. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix to form a dough. Fold in the chocolate chips. Once combined, scoop out 1-2 tbsp size dough balls. I used a mini ice cream scoop. Bake on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes. I like to pat down the tops right after i remove them from the oven. Cool a bit and enjoy!
