Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with the ghee.
Step 2
Pat dry the salmon with paper towels, season on both sides with salt and pepper and place in prepared baking dish.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix to combine the mayonnaise, mustard, dill and garlic powder.
Step 4
Slather they mayonnaise sauce on top of both salmon fillets so that it fully covers the tops.
Step 5
Bake for 7 to 9 minutes, depending on how you like your salmon. 7 min for medium rare and 9 min for well done.
