Instructions

Step 1
Break the chocolate into small pieces

Mix the chocolate and cocoa in a silver bowl.

In a pan, heat the milk until just beginning to boil (there will be bubbles appearing at the edge of the pan)

Pour the milk over the chocolate in the bowl. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir until combined and smooth.

Allow the chocolate to cool fully (15 minutes).

WASH UP WHILST YOU WAIT FOR IT TO COOL

In another medium bowl, whip the cream, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until firm peaks form. Pour in the chocolate and whisk again. It will be softer

Pour mixture into your tub. Put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours to set.
