Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl add the butter and sugar beat with a mixer until they form a creamy mixture.
Step 2
Continue beating with a mixer and add eggs one at a time until all are added.
Step 3
Add the Vanilla to the mix and blend well.
Step 4
Reduce mixer speed and add in the baking powder.
Step 5
Slowly mix in the milk 1/3 a cup at a time and the flour 1 cup at a time until all is combined.
Step 6
Move the mixture into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
