For the Cold Foam
Instructions
Step 1
Brew espresso over white chocolate sauce and stir.
Step 2
In a glass with ice, combine half and half, brown sugar cinnamon sugar, and espresso mixture. Stir and set aside to make cold foam.
Step 3
Froth heavy cream, vanilla syrup and cinnamon sugar until soft peaks form. Add to the top of the breve and drizzle with more white chocolate sauce if desired. Enjoy!
