⅔ cupbutter
¼ cuppeanut butter
1 cupbrown sugar
packed
¼ cuplight corn syrup
¼ teaspoonvanilla extract
4 cupsquick oats

Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and vanilla; gradually add the oats.
Step 2
Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. × 2-in. baking pan.
Step 3
Bake at 400° for 12-14 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Step 4
Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, for topping, melt chips and peanut butter in a microwave or saucepan. Stir until blended; spread over warm bars.
Step 5
Cool completely; refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting.
