Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, paprika, onion powder, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the sirloin steak into 1 inch pieces, and place into a plastic bag. Pour the mixed marinade over top, seal the bag, and ensure all the meat is covered. Marinate in the fridge for 2 – 8 hours. If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them for 1 hour prior to threading!
Step 3
After chopping the veggies, thread them and the meat onto the skewers, alternating between meat and veggies. Make sure to leave a little space in between in order for them to cook evenly. Brush the meat and veggies with leftover marinade and the toss the rest of it.
Step 4
Over high heat, grill the kabobs for 8-10 minutes (depending on how you like your beef cooked), turning them every couple of minutes.
Step 5
Pull from the grill and let rest 5 minutes before serving. Pair with some grilled corn on the cob and enjoy!
