Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients but don't over mix.
Step 2
On non stick pan cook around five pieces.
Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp of instant coffee to boiling water, then add some ice until it cools down.
Step 4
Add 30 g of Greek yogurt with 1 tsp stevia, 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence and one envelope of stevia together.
Step 5
Dip each pancake in the coffee mixture in step 3 then cover it with the mixture in step 4.
