Instructions
Step 1
In a sauce pan warm up the milk till itβs hot
Step 2
Add the warm milk into your bowl attached to a stand mixer

Add the eggs yeast sugar and salt and stir till dissolved
Step 4
Add in your flour and mix on low to medium speed for 3-5 minutes before adding the butter and mix on high speed for 8 more minutes

Grease a bowl and your hands and form the dough into a ball
Step 6
Add into the greased bowl and cover with cling film
Step 7
Let it proof for one hour
Step 8
After proofing, punch the dough and divide into 12 balls
Step 9
Flaten the buns and fill with jam
Step 10
Let them proof for a second time for 30 minutes
Step 11
Brush with egg wash and bake at 200 Β°C for 25-30 minutes
Step 12
Let the buns cool down before sprinkling with icing sugar
