Instructions
Step 1
Cut the lemons into half (lengthways) and carefully remove the pulp with the help of a knife and/ or spoon.

Place the pulp in a food processor and mix for a minute.

Filter the juice with a sieve and set aside. Repeat the same process with your strawberries.

In a pot over medium low heat, add heavy cream and sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for about 3/ 4 minutes, then remove from the heat. Let it cool down for five minutes.

Add the strawberry purée and the juice of your lemons and stir for a couple of minutes.

Pour the liquid into some glasses or into your empty lemons and let it cool for at least two hours, even better overnight. Buon appetito!
