Step 1
In a sauce pan on med high heat, add your oil and all your spices, allow to bloom and stir for a few minutes add the butter and stir for a few minutes. Then add your flaxseed and stir and cook for a minutes. Slowly stir in your coconut milk , cook for a few minutes, add your wine cook for a few minutes. Turn the heat down to med and slowly add in your cheeses a little bit at a time while stirring. Enjoy.
