Instructions
Step 1
Cream soft butter, brown sugar, and sugar.
Step 2
Mix in vanilla extract, egg, and egg yolk.
Step 3
Fold in the flour, salt, and baking soda.
Step 4
Gently fold in the oreos.
Step 5
Place the dough in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes and preheat the oven to 350.
Step 6
Once the oven is preheated, scoop out 1 tbsp sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake at 350 for 11 minutes.
