Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease pan(s) and dust with flour.
Step 2
Cream butter and sugar together.
Step 3
Add eggs, one at a time.
Step 4
Mix dry ingredients together and add alternately with buttermilk.
Step 5
Blend in bananas, nuts, and vanilla.
Step 6
Bake in two 7”x5”x2” loaf pans for 30-45 minutes or one 9”x5”x3” loaf pan for 45-60 minutes. Toothpick test is not accurate.
