Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Start by cutting your avocados in half, remove the pit, slicing each half in half, and removing the skin. You should be left with long wedges.
Step 3
Wrap each wedge with a strip of bacon, using a toothpick to hold together.
Step 4
Air fry for 15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix together your mayo, Sriracha ketchup, lime juice, salt and pepper to make a delicious dipping sauce.
Step 6
Let your bacon wrap avocado cool for 1-2 minutes and then serve. Enjoy!
