2.5 poundsground pork

Instructions
Step 1
In a pan with some oil, sauté the onion and garlic until the onions turn slightly transparent. Turn off the heat and add the frozen peas and carrots, and mix well. The frozen vegetables will help cool down the mixture. Set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl add the ground pork, sautéed vegetables, pickles, smoked Gouda, raw egg, oyster sauce, chicken bouillon powder, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Fry a small piece to taste, and adjust seasoning.
Step 3
Lay out a long piece of foil, then place half the meat mixture in the middle. Slightly flatten it out into a rectangle. You want the length to be slightly longer than the hot dogs. Add 1 1/2 hot dog in the middle. Place the 4 pieces of the the cut hard boiled egg above it. Repeat with the rest of the ground meat, hot dogs, and eggs.
Step 4
With the side closest to you, fold the foil over to form a cylinder. Roll the foil tightly to form the meatloaf. Twist the ends tight.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 375*F until the internal temperature reaches 165*F. Approximately 1 hour.
Step 6
Let the meatloaf cool slightly before taking it out of the foil and slicing it. You can serve as is, or slightly brown the meatloaf slices in a pan. Serve with banana ketchup.
