Pan Fried Pork Cutlets

These pork cutlets are easy and very quick to prepare. Serve with mashed potatoes & gravy or you favorite veggies and salad!

Step 1
Season both sides of cutlets with lemon pepper (optional)

Dredge with flour
Step 3
Heat nonstick skillet on medium high
Step 4
Add oil and butter
Step 5
Heat oil and butter until it starts to shimmer or when placing meat in skillet it really sizzles.
Step 6
Add salt & pepper. Cook cutlets for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Don’t crowd the skillet. Cook meat in 2 or 3 batches if needed add more vegetable oil.
Step 7
Turn cutlets and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 8
Drain on paper towels.
