Instructions

Step 1
Cut chicken into bite site pieces
Step 2
Mix salt, pepper, and flour (ziploc bag easiest). Coat chicken pieces with flour. In batches fry in as little oil as possible and set to side one paper towel.
Step 3
Melt butter in Dutch oven. Add garlic and cook for 1 min until fragrant. Then add enough flour to absorb butter.
Step 4
Add 4 cups of chicken broth and stir. Once fully combined, add remaining salt, pepper, and flour mixture.
Step 5
Add cooked chicken bites to sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve over rice.
