Step 2
Prepare the patties:
In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef, 2 tbsp of firehouse hamburger rub, 1/2 tsp meat tenderizer, and 1 tbsp of the herb mix. Mix gently with your hands until everything is evenly distributed, being careful not to overwork the meat. Divide the meat into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, making a small indent in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up during cooking.

Toast the hamburger buns lightly in the pan or oven. Place the cooked patties on the bottom bun, and add your desired toppings. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs if desired. Serve with the top bun and enjoy your flavorful hamburgers! Ways you could enhance flavor: Caramelize some onions in the same pan and sauce you used to cook the patties with and serve them alongside the hamburger or on it, Adding cheese can add a subtle bit of creaminess to the dish, Serving a bit of Chick-fil-A sauce on your hamburger after it's done can add to the savoriness with a hint of sweetness
