Ingredients
12 servings
16 ouncesugar cookie dough
roll, refrigerated
8 ouncecream cheese
softened
⅓ cupsugar
½ teaspoonvanilla
1banana
large
8fresh strawberries
sliced
2 ringsfresh pineapple
thinly sliced, cut into sixths
1 Tablespoonnuts
chopped
ganache
for chocolate
2 ouncesbittersweet chocolate
or semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoonsheavy cream
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Press Sugar Cookie dough into the Large Round Stone.
Step 3
Bake 12-14 minutes or until crust is light golden brown. Cool completely.
Step 4
In a small batter bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and mix until smooth.
Step 5
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust.
Step 6
Top with sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, and sliced pineapple.
Step 7
Sprinkle with crushed nuts.
Step 8
For chocolate ganache:

Microwave cream just to a boil About 1 minute. Add chocolate. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then stir until completely melted.
Step 10
Drizzle over pizza.
Step 11
Serve immediately or soon after making.
