Easy Gluten Free Healthy Banana Bread

It is a gluten free banana bread recipe without refined flour and sugar. I use healthy and nutritious ingredients which are anti-inflammatory and rich source of minerals and healthy fats.

Step 1
Mix all wet ingredients together

Mash 3-4 overripe bananas andadd in wet ingredients and mix well

mix all dry ingredients and mix well

Then add and mix slowly dry ingredients into wet ingredients. The consistency will be thick and sticky

chop 1/2 cup of walnuts and fold into the batter or you can add 1/2 cup of dark chocolate

Now lined a bread pan with parchment paper andgrease with oil. Add batter and bake at 350F fo30-40mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let bread 🍞 cool down completely and then cut slices.
Step 7
for banana bread toppings mix 2 tbs of greek yogurt with 1tsp of 🍯 honey or melt some dark chocolate 🍫. Now serve bread slices with yogurt cream and melted chocolate.
