Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to your bread machine according to the manufacturer’s suggested order. Put the purée in with the wet ingredients and the spice with the salt. Run dough cycle.
Step 2
Remove dough (Note: it will be looser than normal cinnamon roll dough. We will tighten it up at the end) from the machine and place in a greased, covered bowl for 1 hour.

Step 3
Roll dough onto a lightly floured surface. Deflate and knead a few times. Add in a tablespoon or 2 of flour to help tighten if needed but no more than that. Roll out to about the size of a standard cutting board.

Step 4
Mix together all filling ingredients and spread onto dough. Leave about an inch boarder without filling.

Step 5
Starting from the longer side, roll the dough tightly onto itself. Cut into 12 pieces.

Step 6
Place into a well greased pan. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

Step 7
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 8
Bake for 20 minutes and temp the inner most roll. Check to make sure the tops have fully browned and/or temp them. When it reads 190 degrees, they’re done.

Step 9
When they’re done, let cool slightly while you prepare the frosting (just mix it all together). Frost and enjoy!
