For the crumble topping

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced pears, brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and ground cinnamon

Transfer the pear mixture to the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, cold cubed butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon

(Use your fingertips to rub the ingredients together until you have a crumbly texture)

Sprinkle the crumble topping over the pear mixture in the baking dish
Step 7
Bake the crumble in the preheated oven for about 25minutes

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with vanilla ice cream
