Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl combine the beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings (onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper).
Step 2
Form into 4 even patties. Press into 1 inch thickness.

Chop onion in strips
Step 4
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, drizzle oil and add in the patties. Cook for 6 minutes per side or until they are cooked all the way through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 5
Once patties are done, place onions in the pan with all the reserved oil. Cook on low until browning begins

Set onions aside, with the beef patties
Step 7
To the same pan add in the butter and melt. Whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 8
Gradually add in the beef broth. Once simmering, whisk in the gravy packet.
Step 9
Cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken.
Step 10
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 11
Add back in your patties, cover with the gravy, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
