Instructions
Step 1
To bread machine basket add warm milk, butter, eggs, honey, salt & quick oats. Then add 3 cups of flour + yeast. Set the machine to the dough setting, and press start. Watch the dough and continue to add flour until it forms a dough ball and is no longer sticking to the sides/sticky to touch. Once the dough ball has formed, close the lid of the bread machine, and let the dough cycle continue as normal.
Step 2
When the dough cycle is complete, punch down the dough & roll out onto a clean surface. Divide into 12, and form into rolls. Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet or in a greased dish. Cover with a clean dish towel and let proof for 45 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat your oven to 375F. Once the rolls have proofed, spread an egg wash over each roll and bake for 15-20 minutes. After baking spread a little melted butter on top & enjoy!
