Instructions

Step 1
In a medium sauce pan, melt butter over medium low heat.
Step 2
Add in heavy cream and brown sugar and whisk together.
Step 3
Continue whisking occasionally as the mixture begins to bubble. Cook for roughly 7 minutes while it bubbles, stirring often.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add in vanilla extract and sea salt.
Step 5
Stir together and let sit for 5 minutes. Pour into a jar, seal and store in the fridge.
