This is the most delicious pumpkin pie I have ever made ! It’s pumpkin spice flavors give it that warm spicy flavor and the crumbly pie crust is delicious

Instructions

For the Pie Crust

Step 1
Add powdered sugar and cold butter ( I freeze mine and grate it in) into a bowl then use a spatula to cut the butter into the sugar add an egg and sifted flour mix until a dough forms then shape into a round disc cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes

For the Pie Filling

Step 2
If you can’t buy canned pumpkin purée then get a small pumpkin wash it and bake at 200 c fan setting for about 30 minutes . Let it cool remove the seeds add a little water and blend with a stick blender
Step 3
In a bowl Add the pumpkin purée condensed milk eggs cinnamon ginger cloves and nutmeg and mix until smooth

Step 4
Now roll out the dough and place it into a greased pie tin. Prick it all over with a fork then bake for 20 minutes at 200 c
Step 5
Remove the crust from the oven add in the filling and bake 200 c for 30 minutes or until the filling is set ! Since ovens run at different temperatures if the crust browns too fast cover with foil or parchment paper . Enjoy
