Preheat oven to 400F

Make the dough by mixing the water milk flour and salt. Knead the dough until it comes together and then let it rest

Melt butter and sauté onions with salt and pepper until tender

Roll out the dough very thin but make sure you flour your surface well because it will stick. Spread the cooked and cooled onions and butter and then roll up the dough. Cut the dough in half, and then just roll it up like a pinwheel. Flatten it with rolling pin to about a half an inch thick
