Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter and ghee with oil over medium heat.
Step 2
In a bowel Pour the mixture over the flour and add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Step 3
Add half a cup of warm water, mix well.
Step 4
Put the mixture in a warm place to brew, cover the bowl so that the dough does not dry out.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
Step 6
Take a tablespoon of the dough, roll it out and stuff it with dates, then close it into a ball.
Step 7
Shape them with the maamoul decorating template, then stack them on trays.
Step 8
Put it in the oven until it is cooked and turns golden.
