Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170C. Line a 22 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a saucepan, melt golden syrup, butter, peanut butter and brown sugar over medium-low heat. Stir until all ingredients are melted.
Step 3
Turn the heat off and stir in the vanilla extract, muesli and oats. Mix thoroughly to incorporate and coat the dry ingredients.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture into the baking pan, press it down with the back of a metal spoon or spatula.
Step 5
Sprinkle the sea salt over the mixture and press it into the surface using a spatula.
Step 6
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let the flapjack cool down before cutting and serving.
