Ingredients

60gbutter
4cloves garlic
minced
0.5 pconion
minced
250gchicken ground
1 cupmixed vegetable
corn, carrots, peas leave some aside for topping
1 canmushrooms
canned, leave some aside for topping
40gall purpose flour
1 cupevaporated milk
1 cupwater
1 pcchicken cube
100gCheddar
leave some aside for topping
100gMozarella
leave some aside for topping
1 pcbayleaf
salt
pepper
1 tsppaprika
chorizo
sliced, optional, leave some aside for topping
Instructions
Step 1
Put little bit of oil in a pan. add butter and let it melt. Sautee onion. Add a few slices of chorizo (optional). Add garlic, continue sauteing.
Step 2
Add chicken and chicken cube.
Step 3
set everything to one side and add the flour, make a roux
Step 4
slowly add the liquids until thick. Mix everything together.
Step 5
sautee the mushrooms also with the vegetable.
Step 6
Add milk and let it simmer with the paprika, salt and pepper. Turn of the flame once its simmering
Step 7
Fold in the mozarella and top with cheddar.
Step 8
Transfer to baking tray (here she used 2 medium tray). Top with mozerella, cheddar cheese, chorizo, mushrooms, mixed vegetables. bake or Broil for 20mins at 350F color
