Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

Instructions

Step 1
Take oven safe bowl add a bunch of garlic along with 4 tbsp oil. Bake the garlic at 250 degree Celsius for 2 hours.
Step 2
Take chicken cubes add 2 tbsp oil and seasoning mix – lemon pepper and some sort of chili pepper like taco seasoning, add parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Put it into skewers and marinate for at least 3 hours.
Step 4
Bake it at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes
Step 5
Take a sauce pan and melt half stick of salted butter once its melt turn off the heat add Parmesan cheese, chopped cilantro, squeeze of lime and don’t forget the Thai Chili Honey. If you want to boost the flavor then add marinated chicken juice. Now to take a bunch of baked garlic smashed it well. Taste and adjust the salt or lime.
Step 6
Coat the marinated chicken with garlic butter and serve.
