Ingredients

1.5 lbschicken breasts
3 tablespoonslime juice
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
2 tablespoonstaco seasoning
1 teaspoonworcestershire sauce
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonhoney
½ teaspoonsalt
¼ cupranch dressing
¼ cupsalsa
2 tablespoonssour cream
1 tablespoonfresh cilantro
Sliced Colby Jack cheese
tortilla chips
pico de gallo
mexican rice
Instructions
Step 1
Using a meat mallet, pound your chicken until it is 1 inch thick. Then cut the chicken in half (should have 4 pieces)
Step 2
Combine 2 tablespoons lime juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, honey, taco seasoning, and salt. Mix well
Step 3
Completely coat the chicken with the sauce. Marinate for 30 minutes or a couple hours
Step 4
After marinating, add the chicken to a baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Step 5
Combine the ranch dressing, salsa, sour cream, cilantro, and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Whisk together until well combined.
Step 6
Once chicken is cooked, add 1-2 tablespoons of the salsa mixture on each chicken breast. Add 1 slice of cheese on top of each breast.
Step 7
Cook in the oven for another 5 minutes
Step 8
Serve over a bed of crushed tortilla chips. Top with Pico de Gallo. Add a side of Mexican rice
