Step 1
1. In a food processor blend the black beans and the pitted dates. Make sure to drain all the liquid from the beans. Add a little of the 1/2 cup soy milk in needed to blend into a smooth paste. 2. add the rest of the ingredients (except oat flour) blend till smooth
3. add 1/4 cup of oat flour pulse a few times, add another 1/4 cup oat flour and pulse times, then add the last 1/4 cup oat flour and pulse a few times. The idea is not to over blend with the oat flour so the batter makes a nicer brownie. 4. Pour into 9x19 inch pan (or larger pan if you want thiner brownies). Use a silicone pan or use parchment paper so the brownies won't stick to the pan.
5. place is a pre heated oven at 350F. Bake for about 40 min. Check with a butter knife to see if its done.
