Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Sprinkle cornmeal over surface and over pizza dough
Step 3
Using hands - push dough out into a large flat rectangle
Step 4
Melt butter with minced garlic cloves, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Stir to ensure well combined
Step 6
Brush butter over the surface of the dough. Flip dough and repeat on other side.

Pour 1 cup Mozzarella across long half of the flatten dough

Repeat last step using 1/2 cup Cheddar

Fold dough over on itself. It is ok if it sticks, just pry it up and pull over top of the cheese. I rolled and then pinched edges flat to seal dough ends together

If you have leftover butter drizzle on top of the exposed dough surface

Pour remaining 1/2 cup Mozzarella and Cheddar over the top
Step 12
Place assembled cheesy bread in over and bake 30 - 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling cheese

Slice and serve immediately
