Instructions

Step 1
Pour out the gallon of water into a jug. Set the jug aside for later.
Step 2
Take one third of that water, and put it in a pot to boil. For expedience, use an electric kettle to heat it up, first.
Step 3
Add all the packets of kool-aid to the pot, as well as the 3 cups of sugar.
Step 4
After successfully combining all three ingredients, set aside to cool.
Step 5
Pour the Vodka into the empty gallon jug.
Step 6
Add the supersaturated kool-aid mixture to the gallon jug.
Step 7
Add the rest of the water from before, leaving enough headroom at the top of the jug.
Step 8
Cover the jug back and shake it throughly, holding the top so none escapes.
Step 9
Cool in the fridge for 45 minutes for a liquid cocktail. Cool in the fridge overnight for a more slushy cocktail.
