3 tablespoonsvinegar
2 cupsmilk
2 cupsflour
2 tablespoonsapricot jam
2 teaspoonsbicarbonate of soda

Instructions

Cream butter & sugar

Add Jam and beaten egg
Step 3
Add milk and flour
Step 4
Add bicarb to vinegar and add to mix
Step 5
Bake in closed dish for 75 minutes or until brown. Can be baked in open dish but will take longer.
