Step 1
Pre heat oven to 180
Step 2
Mix the flax and water in one bowl, and the oil and sugar in another.
Step 3
Fold the ground almonds into the sugar/oil bowl, then add the flax mix. Stir.
Step 4
Add salt, chocolate and pecans and stir again.
Step 5
Shape into 12 balls and gently flatten into cookies
Step 6
Cook in oven for 10mins
