Instructions

Step 1
1. In a pot saute onions for approx 3-5 min, then add garlic and saute for 1-2 min.

2. Add chicken broth, milk, and flour. Whisk until combined well.

3. Stir in potatoes, salt & pepper. Bring to a slight boil.

4. Reduce heat, cover slightly and simmer until potatoes are tender. About 20 min.

5. Stir in shredded cheese, sour cream, & bacon.

6. Combine & enjoy!
