Step 1
Heat oil on a pan and once hot add the sliced smoked sausages. Cook until it begins to turn brown.

Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds

Add the sour milk, chicken broth, tomato sauce, tomato paste, cheese and the spices.

Step 4
Add the vermicelli and salt and pepper to taste. Bring it to a boil and then let it simmer for about 5 mins to thicken the sauce.
