Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta as per packaging instructions.
Step 2
While waiting for pasta to cook, in a small pan, sauté sausages on medium-low heat with 1 tsp butter for a few minutes until lightly charred. Set aside.
Step 3
Once pasta is cooked, drain and set aside.
Step 4
In a bowl, dilute salted egg powder in water, then set aside.
Step 5
In a large pan, sauté garlic, chillies and curry leaves with remaining butter on medium heat until fragrant.
Step 6
Pour salted egg dilution into the pan. Add cream and simmer for a few seconds.
Step 7
Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed, with chicken powder.
Step 8
Add cooked pasta and sausages into the sauce and mix well.
Step 9
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
