Instructions

Step 1
Place all ingredients in instapot.

Step 2
Select the stew/meat option (about 35 minutes).
Step 3
After it’s done, transfer to an oven safe dish.
Step 4
Combine 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water. Add this to the stew in the baking dish.
